Background
It is common knowledge that traditionally, the energy sector is a male-dominated field and it can be intimidating for women who are new to the sector or even veterans to break the glass ceiling to reach top leadership positions within the sector due to various reasons
Purpose
AWEDI provides support for African women across the energy value chain, helping them to connect and sharpen their skills in order to accelerate their careers.
